Senior Sales Executive Job in Bengaluru at Flipkart

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Onboard high-quality sellers in the programs, with the potential to grow exponentially with the platform.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential sellers, using the existing lead leads or by generating new leads, in the high-growth categories identified for the quarter.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the internal processes and Program guidelines.
• Fix appointments with the sellers, convince them to come onto the Flipkart programs, and assist at every stage of the process until the time of service completion.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional teams to solve any seller issues.
• Take complete ownership of sales targets and deliver at a daily, weekly, or monthly level.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, outbound/inbound calling, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• 2 to 3 years of experience
