About this Job

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our automotive products and services, effectively explaining their technical features and benefits to customers.
  • Understand clients' requirements and challenges in the automotive industry and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and action plans for targeted automotive markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and industry trends to stay ahead in the competitive market.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand and establish valuable industry connections.
  • Work closely with the engineering and R&D teams to design customized solutions for automotive clients that align with their specific requirements.
  • Create comprehensive and compelling sales proposals, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.
  • Ensure that proposals are technically accurate and address all customer needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Forecast sales targets and report on progress regularly to sales management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering loyalty and customer retention.
  • Engage with clients on a regular basis to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams, guiding them on product capabilities and applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of automotive products and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales-related tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer innovative solutions to customer challenges.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with customers and attend industry events.
