Senior Reward Business Partner TSS Job at Capita

• Develop reward and benefit models for Division within the parameters of the Capita-wide framework
• Understand and shape career family architecture the development and maintenance of the Job Framework where appropriate
• Highlight changes in policy that may impact the operation and propose ideas for resolution
• Support the Head of Reward to deliver reward objectives
• Continuously improve reward processes, especially where it can lead to reduced cost and improved decision-making
• Use and understand Capita People tools and policies, engaging with Divisional clients effectively to ensure their use across the organization
• Coach and build the capability of peers to anticipate and pre-empt organizational issues
• Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement

Requirements:

• Solid relevant Reward experience.
• Experience in operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes.
• Is ready and able to take the initiative, originate action, and be responsible for the consequences of the decisions made.
• Able to communicate challenges and influence a variety of stakeholders effectively. Ability to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others.
• Can draw from a range of strategies to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behavior change.
