Novus Insights is hiring for the role of Senior Research Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- End-to-end execution of research projects, in different design/analysis stages including coordination with the data team & field team.
- Coordinate with the client to successfully fulfil the research objective of the study.
- Design of questionnaires/discussion guides to plan and execute, primary & secondary market research projects, to meet the specific client objectives.
- Contribute to research design in proposals for Qualitative & Quantitative studies.
- Synthesis and communication of primary & secondary research findings into actionable insights according to the client's objectives in a report format.
- Demonstrate of data understanding in Quantitative & Qualitative studies - data checking, excel and other data analysis software, content analysis, data visualization, top-line & final report, and PowerPoint presentation.
- Work in a research team that will undertake primary market research assignments for multiple clients across different sectors like FMCG, Media, Consumer Durables, Healthcare, Automotive, BFSI etc.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Language Fluency (Written and Verbal) – English
- Knowledge of SPSS/MS Excel/ MS PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Graduation with an MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant experience required
- Prior experience in handling Primary Research and mainly projects in Quantitative research.
