Senior Representative, Release Assurance Job in Gurgaon at SHL India Private Limited

SHL is hiring for the role of Senior Representative, Release Assurance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct detailed User Acceptance Testing for releases, identify bugs, and report them to relevant teams to ensure a seamless user experience and system performance.
• Validate migration success by examining post-deployment behaviour and promptly flagging any production issues affecting data integrity or platform functionality.
• Replicate key user flows to confirm system stability and ensure the application behaves as expected under different test scenarios.
• Coordinate closely with UAT Managers, QA Leads, and Developers to align testing efforts with project timelines and technical requirements.
• Review and define clear acceptance criteria for incident tickets, ensuring they include reproducible steps for accurate troubleshooting and resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans reflect the customer journey and support an end-to-end quality experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of relevant work experience.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office.
