Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Canvass and source new customers to increase gold loan business.
• Generate revenue through cross-selling products and interest collection.
• Conduct gold loan appraisals accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize business value and retention.
• Handle customer relationship management and follow-ups.
• Maintain important registers and daily reports, ensuring accurate cash management and accounting.
• Promote and market cross-selling products, including insurance, directly at branch locations

Requirements:

• Young and dynamic candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Gold Loans.
• Passionate about building a career in the Gold Loans domain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency in the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory
