Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Senior Relationship Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieve given Sales nos through customer walk-in
- Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers to fulfillment
- Ensure policy adherence and meeting compliance requirements
- Track Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan products
- Support Assayer in Operations /documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Cross Sell / Gold Loan Sales
- Good Selling skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
