Intercontinental Exchange is hiring for the role of Senior Reference Data Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Make sound, subjective decisions when interpreting legal and financial information by utilizing subject matter expertise to infer, deduce and ultimately draw the correct conclusions.
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify innovative workflow efficiencies and process improvements resulting in increased accuracy levels, time to market, and productivity.
• Help identify trends and causation of inaccurate and/or incomplete data including but not limited to new financing techniques and new regulatory requirements used by the marketplace and organizations that impact coverage and completeness.
• Work with other teams to resolve and respond to client challenges.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to optimize processes and/or improve the quality of the data set.
• Demonstrate taking on responsibility within your immediate team.
• Act autonomously with learned processes.
• Use SQL, Python, and/or Excel functions to organize, analyze, and validate reference data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience or (MBA Finance, PGDM Finance, M Com, or MFM degrees for India).
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to distill substantial amounts of information into specific takeaways.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to craft client-ready correspondences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, fluid environment.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and collaborate with team members.
• 1+ year corporate level experience or 6+ months direct experience.
