About this Job
SHL is hiring for the role of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Uphold QA standards and ensure QA is shifted left
- Create and implement test plans for various forms of testing
- Conduct and/or participates in formal and informal test case reviews
- Implement team-based standards for testing tools and techniques and their application
- Define and implement improvements to testing and quality processes across the tech team and the wider company
- Develop and initiate functional tests and regression tests
Requirements:
- UI & API Automation in Python & Selenium, REST assured
- Tracking tool experience: Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, Xray, TestRail, etc.
- Selenium WebDriver and page object design pattern (Automation)
- SQL server knowledge
Preferred:
- Experience in Web Services/API testing: SOAP UI, POSTMAN
- Test case management experience
- Strong solution-finding experience
- Strong verbal and written communicator
