Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to evaluate the AI solution.
• Analyze requirements, specifications, and design documents to inform testing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand system requirements and refine testing approaches.
• Leverage expertise in data preparation and cleaning to optimize AI model training.
• Analyze call recordings to identify caller patterns and test the accuracy of AI-generated call flows and summaries.
• Proactively identify, document, and track defects, proposing solutions to enhance AI model performance.
• Generate detailed test reports and communicate findings to development teams.
• Analyze performance metrics and user data to optimize chat or voice bot functionality.
• Validate report accuracy and alignment with client business definitions.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance, particularly with AI systems or complex software applications.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with working with any leading Conversational AI applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• 4+ years of experience in the software quality assurance area.
