Mr. Cooper Group is hiring for the role of Senior QA Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive the evolution and execution of quality assurance procedures for new software features and releases.
• Design and execute test plans for both manual and automated testing.
• Identify, replicate, track, and verify bug fixes.
• Manage and maintain defect and test case databases.
• Maintain entry criteria for Alpha, Beta, and Live-to-Site testing phases.
• Assist in assessing and planning test efforts for new functionalities and features.

Requirements:

• Graduation degree in engineering or any equivalent program.
• 2+ Years of proven experience as a Senior QA Engineer or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Expertise in manual and automated testing techniques (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with defect tracking and test case management tools.
