Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within crm / d365 ce.
• Design and implement crm / d365 ce ootb configurations to meet business needs efficiently.
• Develop and maintain crm / d365 ce customization and extensions as per project requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within the crm / d365 ce environment.
• Stay updated with the latest crm / d365 ce features and functionalities to optimize the platform effectively.

Requirements:

• In-depth expertise in configuring crm / d365 ce out of the box (ootb) functionalities.
• Proficient in customizing crm / d365 ce entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
• Strong experience in implementing crm / d365 ce extensions using c#, .net, javascript, and typescript.
• Ability to architect complex crm / d365 ce solutions and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting crm / d365 ce issues.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
