Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Lead and manage complex, multi-million dollar projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Manage and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions.
• Track project progress and report status to stakeholders, providing regular updates and presentations.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, including scope management, schedule management, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
