Goodyear is hiring for the role of Senior Production Officer!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Adhere to the daily master plan for desired production output
• Coordinate between all functions to smoothen the production process
• Component-level inventory management
• Ensure mandatory norms attainment at all machines
• Follow machine-level matrix for quality enhancement
• Ensure waste-related actions are adhered
• Handle the plant operations with Safety, Quality, and production as a top priority.
• Review day-to-day production, losses if any, quality issues, and safety concerns in the Business team.

Requirements:

• BE Mechanical or Electrical
• 3+ years of experience in production manufacturing process and equipment, preferably tire industry.
• Working exposure to handling shifts and delivery of results in a manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing exposure in a union environment
