Keka is hiring for the role of Senior Product Trainer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments including Marketing, Product, Data Analysis, and Customer Success to develop learning content that effectively communicates Keka product functionality to both new and existing users.
• Content Design: Create scripts, video content, and creative materials that convey key concepts in an engaging, accurate, and enjoyable manner, fostering deeper understanding and retention.
• Instructional Design: Utilize the ADDIE model to conduct thorough needs and gap analysis, establish clear learning objectives, and design relevant and engaging content. Develop evaluation and assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes effectively.
• Interactive Learning: Implement online simulations, scenarios, and interactive elements to enhance learning experiences. Provide guidance on production, storyboarding, and the development of interactive learning videos.
• Customized Learning: Tailor learning assets to specific learner groups, ensuring content is relevant and impactful for diverse audiences.
• Innovation: Drive the identification, promotion, and implementation of innovative learning practices to continuously improve learning delivery and effectiveness.
• Data Management: Monitor, manage, and report on learning and assessment data to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and inform future learning initiatives.
• LMS Management: Create Learning Paths and drive course completion for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related role
• Proven experience in handling process simplification/excellence
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and e-learning authoring software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct needs assessments and analyze learning data
• Passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences
• Hands-on experience as LMS Admin
