Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Articulate/ communicate in a manner that is understood by clients/end users.
• Connect with the customer & provide the highest level of satisfaction to the customer.
• Effectively communicate information on products/services or troubleshoot issues within the specified time frames as agreed upon with the contract owner, in a manner that is understandable by the end user/ customer.
• Connect with the contract owner & provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Strive to understand and resolve issues/queries at the first instant.
• New Business processes such as Policy creation, Documentation collection and review, seeking regulatory approvals, Policy despatch, Reinstatements, Endorsements, Renewals, product conversions, underwriter support, Authorisations, Binding, quotes, and Policy Issue, multiple levels of coding, Agency, broker and Vendor support such as Respond to queries, commission calculations & Payout, contract renewals, Agent licensing,.
• Change endorsements, cancellations, product conversions, coverage extensions, call handling, disbursements, Reserve Management, Suspense management, repayments, payments, funds file management, return payments, withdrawals, reconciliations, wire transfers, ACH handing, respond to queries via calls or email regarding any of the indicative transactions listed above
• Claims management Claim registration through calls or emails related to First notice of loss, workers' compensation, death claims, medical bill review, medical coding, disability claims, surveyor document review, transcription, Investigation, Assignments, Fraud management, Legal documents, invoices, Appeals,, TAx compliance.
• Statutory and Legal reporting requirements, identify and manage exceptions.
• Achieve process Service Level Agreements/metrics – productivity and quality targets within the established timelines.
• Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented.
• Process a predefined number of transactions as assigned.
