Upraised is hiring for the job role of Senior Outreach Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build connects at Tier 1 tech startups to pitch Upraised.
• Manage a team to ensure we send out profiles of candidates graduating from our programs to companies and help them hire from us. 
• Analyzing data to understand the progress and pitfalls and proactively acting on the given insights.
• Identifying jobs posted online that are relevant and sending the most suitable candidates who match the job description to the company.
• Communicating updates, reports, and insights to the relevant stakeholders and including them in the decision-making process. 
• Overseeing macro data to generate relevant insights, for eg, placement reports etc. 
• Serving as a link between the companies, the current job market, and the team at Upraised to ensure an alignment between our curriculum and the industry requirements.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication
• Good problem-solving skills
• Basic Analytical ability - Excel Number crunching
• Context of the Startup Ecosystem
•  Past experience in having hired for Tech Startups, preferably product managers 
• Skilled at establishing and nurturing connections and maintaining positive relationships
•  Great managerial skills
