Senior Operations Risk Management Associate Job in Gurgaon at Ameriprise Financial

Ameriprise Financial is hiring for the role of Senior Operations Risk Management Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the oversight of the ORM Minimum Standards
• Collaborate with the internal team on the design and implementation of new Operational Risk Management solutions that will mitigate current and future business risk
• Support the implementation of risk-centric change initiatives, including training and support
• Build collaborative partnerships with business partners, internal teams, and leaders through the use of strong, influential communication skills
• Handle Operational Risk Management ad-hoc requests related to audit and other regulatory requirements
• Own the Power BI reporting solution, including the recommendation of reporting and dashboard improvements. Prepare data summary analysis, internal trending reports, and presentations, as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to create reports and dashboards in Power BI utilizing multiple types of source data. 2-3 years of hands-on Power BI experience is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong analytical, organization, and time management skills
• Must be able to quickly absorb data and information
• Must be able to work independently
• Proven ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment
• Candidate must have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Risk or Risk Analytics experience
