Allstate is hiring for the role of Senior Operations Associate – Collections Voice Process!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Make outbound calls to Service Providers for payment reminders and collection of overdue accounts.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information and payment details in the system.
• Follow up on broken promises or delayed payments.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance, and quality standards during all customer interactions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the supervisor or collections manager as required.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a voice process; prior experience in collections preferred.
• Should be ok to work in 24/7 environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
