WNS Global Services Private Limited is hiring for the role of Senior Associate - Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Indexing/Assessing/Processing as per the allocation every day
- Indexing the correct category namely LCY, FCY, Credit Note, Staff, Vendor, E-proc, and Non-Proc
- Completing assigned invoice volumes on a day if not completed due to unforced reasons do discuss with the line manager before your shift timings
- Reviewing incomplete/incorrect invoices before rework queue movement
- Selecting/reviewing the categories while indexing/UI Validation
- Indexing a minimum of 250 Invoices if indexing is performed in PSAP Or 200 invoices in UI Validation to be performed on Day
- Qualifications: B.Com
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
