SmartQ is hiring for the role of Senior Operation Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Guide associates to promote the use of the SmartQ ordering app, highlighting benefits, convenience, and associated offers.
• Assist associates in downloading and using the app, offering training and supporting payment through various wallets for those without the app.
• Coordinate with food partners for daily menu updates, ensure app changes with the tech team, and manage timely push notifications and banners.
• Conduct Cafe LENS and hygiene checks, perform hourly governance checks, and address issues while reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses to the reporting manager.
• Foster a positive work culture and ensure high-quality service. Regularly gather feedback from employees and clients at cafeterias.
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas. Oversee cafeteria counters to meet Operating Standard Procedures (OSPs).
• Inspect work areas for proper waste disposal and maintain HSE and temperature records, reporting any variances.
• Ensure equipment operation adheres to Equipment Safety Work Procedures (ESWP) and report any downtime to relevant departments.
• Work six days a week.
• Travel reimbursements will be provided as per the travel policy.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering top-notch service to clients and employees with excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge, a keen learner, and a person of honesty and integrity.
• A team player capable of leading and managing food partner employees with a self-motivated, initiative-driven attitude.
• Graduate with a preference for craft course certification in hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
