Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Operational
- Reliable Operation of LDO/HSD, LNG, WTP, ETP, STP, FFS, Cooling Tower.
- Ensure Quality Output and supply of LDO/HSD & LNG
- Ensure Quality Output of DM Water and Deal Water
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources
- Daily Reporting for the Operational Highlight.
- Statutory Compliance
- Coordination with the Maintenance Team for Upkeep of the Equipment.
- Safety, Health Environment & Fire
- Safety compliance & Initiatives.
- Statutory Compliance for Safety & Environment
- ESG Compliance
- Ensure zero-incident by adopting a safe Work Culture
- Internal Audit for Safe Culture
- Business Excellence
- Team Collaboration/Management Activity
- Workplace management (5S) Culture Implementation.
- Housekeeping Practice
- B.E./B.Tech- Mech/Chemical or a related field with strong experience in Utilities and Offsite operations at supervisory or management level
- Well-versed with Utilities like WTP, ETP, STP, Cooling towers, LDO, LNG
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, offsite facilities, regulatory requirements, emergency response, and safety mindset
- Preferred talents from the metal industry with greenfield/Major expansion project management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
