Dream Sports is hiring for the role of Senior ML Scientist (Casual Inference)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute clean experiments and observational causal studies rigorously against pertinent performance guardrails and analyse performance metrics to infer actionable findings
• Develop and maintaining data science services with proactive monitoring and incorporating best industry practices for high-quality user experience
• Break down complex projects into actionable tasks that adhere to set management practices and ensure stakeholder visibility
• Develop and manage end-to-end applied science projects using large-scale causal inference, econometrics and machine learning techniques
• Leverage a strong foundation in Statistics, Causal Inference and ML to adeptly implement research-backed techniques for solving business problems
• Stay abreast of the best-applied science practices and developments of the industry to mentor and guide team members

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in building, deploying and maintaining ML solutions
• Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Experience with ML/data coding  frameworks (Python, SQL, Spark) and designing ML systems
• Working knowledge of probability & statistics, Causal Inference and Machine Learning
