Senior Marketing Executive Internship in Delhi at Gamma Interactive Inc.

Gamma Interactive Inc. is hiring for the role of Senior Marketing Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing, implementing, and managing a testing and campaign roadmap that addresses key communication points at various stages of the customer lifecycle journey, reports on effectiveness, analyzes results, and looks to optimize based upon them continually
• Build campaign briefs complete with objectives and requirements, provide direction on messaging, copy, and creative, liaise with the marketing manager on the execution of campaigns, and work closely with Operations to ensure an appropriate level of communication around campaign development, execution, and fulfillment
• Monitor customer service feedback on all campaigns, product improvements, etc., and be available for ongoing communication post-launch. Campaign management for various consumer touch points including but not limited to website, email, SMS, and In-box messages
• Liaise with all other departments and partners including Creative, Acquisition Marketing, Conversion, Telesales, Product Development, etc, to ensure a smooth rollout of all lifecycle marketing plans and projects
• Liaise with Business Intelligence to ensure effective reporting, look for opportunities to automate as much reporting as possible, and ensure analysis is being done and delivered promptly
• Utilize SEO tools and web analytics platforms to monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement industry-leading best practices
• Work on other related projects as required
• Find and execute acquisition branding channels
• Monitor acquisition campaign performance
• Monitor website traffic and user journey

Requirements:

• 2 years and above working experience in online marketing activities
• Passionate about identifying and solving problems
• Desire to learn and ask questions
• Highly analytical/quantitative, data-based problem-solving and optimization
• Proven ability to take ownership of all aspects of a project from conception to completion
• Positive personality and strong English and Hindi language communication skills (written and verbal)
• You can work independently and be a collaborative team player who excels at cross-functional collaboration, including working with multiple departments
• Good writing and communication skills, able to comfortably communicate at all levels of the organization
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment
