Senior Marketing Job in Gurgaon at Afford Plan

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree/master’s degree (Preferred) in Marketing or similar.
• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in B2C will be preferred

Role:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns and driving brand growth
• Prior experience if having managed ATL and BTL campaigns
• Should have experience handling PR and media relations
• Familiarity with market analysis and research
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently
