Senior Manager - Vendor Management Job in Gurgaon at SBI Cards

SBI Cards is hiring for the role of Senior Manager - Vendor Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review portfolio both qualitatively & quantitatively at account/NRR/Region/Vintage level in order to identify gaps/issues/red flags and highlight the same to relevant stakeholders in time
• Identify/initiate legal tools for the right set of accounts.
• Attend physical camps such - as mediation, conciliation, and lok adalat to extract on identified pool and interact with external stakeholders (judges of lok adalat/ADG of mediation camp) to resolve queries, disputes of walk-in customers with coordination & follow-up with cross-functional teams like CS & operations.
• Manage the uptime for all SBI Card IT systems at the vendor site to ensure uninterrupted production & coordinate with Internal stakeholders as & when needed
• Drive PCP/absolute collection per agent as per the given plan
• Monitor dialer & manual productivity metrics for the assigned NFTE tele-calling agents as per the required standard
• Monitor and track resource availability and utilization as per forecasted volumes/headcount, report deviation/additional requirements to PM
• Review the quality of resources hired and share timely feedback
• Assess agent productivity by vintage/MOB on output and share feedback with Partner
• Ensure timely training & certification of vendor tele-calling agents as per given process & schedule
• Ensure compliance on DRA Trained/Certified resources as a mandate

Requirements:

• Graduate degree or equivalent educational qualifications
• Credit card & collections knowledge along with good vendor management skills
• 3-4 years in successfully managing and driving direct or indirect teams with BFSI
• Strong vendor management skills
• Excellent team-leading skills
• Understanding of business
• Possess strong execution skills; identify problems and implement solutions quickly and effectively
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork and collaboration
