Genpact is hiring for the position of Senior Manager - Training!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods using different technologies available within and/or outside the organization
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, and success, and report on them
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs, as necessary
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
• Drive specific Knowledge management practices of new hire training certification, Change management, ongoing performance improvement, cross-training
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and Root cause analysis in collaboration with businesses, SMEs, stakeholders to identify business training needs and gaps
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs or strategies aligned to organizational goals, and strategic objectives
• Design instructional materials where required. Leverage learning methodologies to build an effective program
• Drive Continuous improvement in training practices leveraging technology or new-age methodologies and improve effectiveness or reduce people's dependency
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and compliance, promoting professional development opportunities for the training team and banking professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Training, Fraud Management) or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and training management/delivery, with a demonstrated track record in complex and high-end environments
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in managing a team of Training Managers and Trainers
• Strong understanding of voice and non-voice environments and the ability to manage training operations in both contexts
• Experience handling training across multiple geographies and managing diverse teams
• Proven work experience as a Senior Training Manager
