Genpact is hiring for the role of Senior Manager-SCM-LIF!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects to work on and be responsible for delivery of outcomes.
- Identify improvement opportunities (efficiency e.g. Robotics & process improvement) and drive them to closure.
- Work with Operating and IT / Digital teams to implement new processes, minimize variation and deploy digital solutions.
- Analyze and synthesize large amounts of data to identify patterns and propose focus areas to drive end business outcomes.
- Align with operations team in adapting change to deliver the outcomes
- Be an agent of change and drive best practices and standard work solutions in teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering, MBA in Operations management
- Robust domain (sourcing and supply chain) and analytics experience in manufacturing industry vertical
- Project Management Certification – PMP etc
- Experience in digital deployment – Robotics and AI
