Senior Manager – Sales Job in Delhi at Brahamputra Cargo Carrier Pvt Ltd (BRW)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, market visits, and client meetings.
• Focus on developing FTL / 32 Ft MXL container business from North India to Eastern & North-Eastern regions including Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, Siliguri, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, and Jorhat.
• Identify and acquire contract clients for return loads from the above regions back to North India.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and transport brokers.
• Negotiate freight rates and finalize long-term transportation contracts.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly follow up with existing customers to maximize volume and repeat business.
• Maintain and report sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in FTL/container transport sales.
• Strong network of clients and vendors in North India and East/Northeast routes.
• Proven ability to generate business independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
