Johnson Controls is hiring for the role of Senior Manager - Sales!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals responsible for driving revenue growth in the Light Commercial and Enterprise business units
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed targets
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals
• Provide technical expertise and support to sales team members to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to succeed
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the sales organization
• Mentor and develop junior sales professionals to build a strong and capable team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Knowledge of Johnson Controls products and solutions is preferred
