Genpact is hiring for the role of Senior Manager-Record To Report!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Intercompany Accounting and team management 
• Process / review intercompany transaction
• Understand the flow of IC transactions – both upstream and downstream processes with impact on books of accounts
• Should understand the workflow and have proven experience in working on SLs
• Manage the intercompany team and ensure smooth operations 
• SLA management and ensure all SLAs are met
• Should have ideated improvement ideas and implemented the same in the RTR space
• Should have proven experience in journal, reconciliations, settlement, and reporting experience for intercompany accounting 
• Ensure all required documents are maintained and up to date
• Overall responsibility for team management and development. 
• Should be able to proactively assess and mitigate risk and should be able to give solutions
• Excellent team handling skills and ensuring absence is not impacting delivery management. 

Requirements:

• B.Com Graduate
• M.Com / MBA qualified
• Good experience in the BPM industry in RTR – F&A preferably in Intercompany accounting
• Good Excel, presentation skills, written and spoken English
• Good communication 
• Good client management skills
