GSK is hiring for the role of Senior Manager, Product Owner, IT Operations Management Visibility!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coaches managers, and specialists and provides information, guidance, and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures.
• Oversee assigned HR Operations Delivery function including the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures to enable a positive employee/candidate experience.
• Drive operational performance and service excellence within the HR Shared Service team and monitor the performance of the team against performance/quality standards defined.
• Ensures transparent and timely communication to stakeholders concerning process risk, proposed changes, strategic needs, and opportunities to establish best-in-class operations.
• Provides support and guidance to HRBPs, HR COEs, managers, and employees on internal procedures and processes related to talent management processes, talent acquisition processes, workforce transactions and employee data management, time and attendance, LOA administration, on-boarding and off-boarding, and HR analytics, technology/systems.

Requirements:

• Post Graduate degree
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• ITIL Intermediate - Service Operations (v3) / ITIL Specialist – Create, Deliver and Support (v4) level qualification
• Problem Solving methods and techniques, e.g. Kepner-Tregoe
• SAFe certification
• Excellent senior stakeholder management, strong influencing, and communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with and giving direction to cross-functional teams
• Experience working with third parties in the delivery of working products
• Experience working with diverse teams (countries and cultures) effectively
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to make things happen
• Effectively manages multiple tasks in parallel
