Senior Manager - Product Job in PAN India at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Senior Manager - Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define and articulate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to take products from concept to launch.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Own the product backlog and work closely with agile development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Define metrics to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions to iterate and improve.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and growth.
• Act as a product evangelist, representing Genpact at customer meetings, conferences, and other events.

Requirements:

• Strong preference for candidates working on enterprise SaaS platforms, particularly in the finance automation, AP automation or procure-to-pay domain ( for eg. Basware, Esker, Medius, and OpenText)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Product management experience, preferably in a technology or BPO environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a product strategy and communicate recommendations to executives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with product management software tools.
