Genpact is hiring for the role of Senior Manager (Order to Cash)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for all the activities related to Order to Cash domain including order management and fulfilment, credit management, pricing, claims, and collections
- Handle order management and order fulfilment operations with a customer first mindset
- Handle Order to Cash related to collections and dispute management, implement & adhere to strategy
- Experience of balancing new transitions, phasing from strategic assessment till operations set up with zero surprise delivery
- Interaction with end customers via Calls and Emails for collecting pass due amounts
Requirements:
- SAP knowledge
- Good Interpersonal Skills -verbal and written
- Any Graduate / Preferred B.Com
- Good customer handling skills
- Exposure to CPG industry is a must / Customer service skills/Customer Passion/Delight
- Good customer handling skills
