Genpact is hiring for the role of Senior Manager - Oracle EBS HRMS

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be the primary point of contact for any technical expertise/advisory required in the Oracle EBS HRMS area
  
• Ensuring the Oracle HRMS EBS architecture is in line to the organization-wide architecture
  
• Ideation around the system improvement plans and getting them executed end-to-end
  
• Ensuring the success of the projects by having robust and fine-tuned architecture/ code
  
• Check on the Cost and performance of code written by vendor partners
  
• Should have hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS, PL/SQL, integrations, APIs, user hooks, fast formulas
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in Technology (any stream)
  
• Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS, PL/SQL, integrations, APIs, user hooks, fast formulas
  
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
