About this Job
MSD is hiring for the role of Senior Manager Network Monitoring Engineer!
- Take full responsibility for solution delivery (tools environment build/migrations)
- Acting as advisor for junior colleagues and other departments
- Optimize monitoring and propose network enhancements based on own data analyses
- Contribute to the overall monitoring strategy architecture development and optimization
- Automate reoccurring tasks
- Be an owner of multiple monitoring tools
- Handle day to day operational tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience with work on projects
- Experience with monitoring tools (ThousandEyes, Logic monitor, Netbrain, Moogsoft, BigPanda)
- Mastering analytical tools (Excel, TIBCO)
- Basic scripting skills (Bash/Python)
- Networking knowledge at CCNP level (certificate not required)
- Broad understanding of different networking technologies and their orchestration
- Experience with international environment
- Strong understanding of service management
- Strong communication skills
