Senior Manager - Module Sales Job in Kolkata at SBI Cards

SBI Cards is hiring for the role of Senior Manager - Module Sales!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive sales of credit cards through State Bank group branches of Kolkata Circle
• Drive Productivity manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes
• Coach direct reports to achieve production goals. Actively manages under-performers via performance improvement plans to meet established performance levels
• Manage large size team by coaching, performing all evaluations, and overseeing performance management plans of field sales managers.
• Managing sales budgets and set targets
• Establish team and individual sales goals and providing effective coaching & guiding sales representatives to consistently improve their performance.
• Manage credit card sales in large network of State Bank of India branches located in Kolkata Circle, State bank of India
• Complete frequent visits to conduct sales presentations, develop product strategies, review pricing, resolution of customer complaints and enhancing sales
• Build & nurture relationships with higher officials of the State Bank of India including Branch Managers, Regional managers & General Managers to drive SBI credit card sales in all the SBI branches in an effective & coordinated manner
• Be a single point of contact for all issues that the branches face for their day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• MBAs with 2 – 3 years experience in sales and marketing with team handling experience
• Channel management experience 
• Business Awareness w.r.t. to the Credit Cards Industry 
• Planning and Negotiation Skills 
• Energizing, positive, self-starter & proactive 
• Good communication and networking skills
