Mosaic Wellness, Mumbai, Maharashtra is hiring for the role of Senior Manager (MIS)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement the overall MIS strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks and systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of management reports, dashboards, and analytics to leadership and business teams.
• Analyse business trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial metrics, providing actionable insights for business improvement.
• Ensure the creation of customized reports for various departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR to support business decision-making.
• Develop predictive models and performance metrics that forecast business outcomes and help mitigate risks.
• Partner with key stakeholders (Finance, IT, Operations, etc.) to understand reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
• Work closely with business heads to develop new MIS processes and reporting tools to drive operational efficiency.
• Communicate key insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for automation within existing MIS processes and reporting frameworks to enhance productivity.
• Ensure the integration of new technologies, tools, and software to improve data collection, management, and analysis.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that the MIS infrastructure remains robust, secure, and scalable.
• Track business performance metrics and provide insights on improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop real-time dashboards and analytical reports for business units to track progress toward goals.
• Identify risks and recommend improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements:

• CA/MBA with 2 years of experience in MIS
• Should be good with Excel and must have dealt with bulk data
• Candidates who worked in D2C preferred
