About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale paid channels: Google, Meta, YouTube
- Optimize full funnel: Ads → Leads → Sales → Revenue
- Improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates
- Lead A/B testing of creatives, landing pages & messaging
- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality & closures
- Build and manage a high-performance marketing team
- Track metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8+ years in performance/growth marketing
- Proven experience scaling campaigns with strong ROI
- Hands-on with funnels, ads, and conversion optimization
- Experience in EdTech / D2C / high-ticket sales (preferred)
- Ownership mindset + fast execution
