Zepto is hiring for the role of Senior Manager - Maintenance Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage Repair and Maintenance through the field team PAN India Basis
• Manage the AMCs for all equipment Freezer Machines, ACs, and Fire Extinguisher for all the stores
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for breakdown calls for all equipment and provide solutions to improve the performance
• Ensure Maintenance call resolution within the given TAT
• Create and Manage the MIS for all Facility-related activity and present it to management for monthly review

Requirements:

• Engineering Graduate. Candidates with technical background will be preferred
• Good Communication skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Candidate should have a basic understanding of Technical requirements for any Retail Setup
• Good Exposure of Maintaining the Freezer/Chiller machine
• Good Knowledge of Rates for expenses related to electrical, Plumbing, and civil work
• Good Network of Vendors for R&M works at stores
