Senior Manager (l5) - Plant Quality (Powertrain) Job in Ahmedabad at Tata Motors Limited

Tata Motors is hiring for the role of senior Manager (l5) - Plant Quality (Powertrain)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage engine assembly quality assurance
• Resolve quality issues of the engine
• Manage engine shop quality
• Analyze Engine shop quality gate data and take action for reduction of the issues reported
• Handle performance parameters of the engine on an audit basis
• Coordinate with other stakeholders like SQIG, ERC, Mfg, Planning etc. for issue resolution
• Handle rejection analysis and its system booking
• Control process through SPC
• Document & maintain all data, records & results as per the TS16949 approach

Requirements:

• Basics of engine testing
• Problem-solving skill
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments
• Understanding of drawing & it’s interpretation
• Knowledge of quality documents like PFMEA, Control plan etc.
