Pfizer is hiring Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation Strategy!
The role will apply technical delivery knowledge to partner with the BOP Team for Incentive Compensation as needed to support and enable service improvements for the key Anchor and Agile markets with the AAI Region within this service vertical.
The Incentive Compensation AAI – Senior Manager role will support the IC Vertical by leading strategic global projects in support of the IC Vertical global strategies.
Responsibilities of Candidate:
- Drives Incentive Compensation services for key Anchor and Agile markets in the AAI Region:
- Design motivational and compliant Sales Incentive Compensation plans and recognition programs to drive the right behaviors and performance of the Customer Facing Colleagues in alignment with the IC Vertical Operating Model
- Drives and oversees Incentive Compensation processes for sales representatives in key Anchor and Agile markets in the AAI Region
- Proactively identifies potential Incentive Compensation compliance risks for the assigned Anchor/Agile markets in the AAI and partners with Biopharma Quality in managing and solutions.
- Responsible for leading and overseeing complex and ambiguous projects
- Exercises independent judgment to improve Incentive Compensation service delivery within Anchor/Agile markets in the AAI:
- Streamlines and scales systems across the AAI and BUs with central support
- Identifies needs for innovation or operational support.
- Takes appropriate/compliant risks to advance innovative processes and methodologies for moderately complex problems
- Drives alignment to the Incentive Compensation Design and Global Vertical service catalog definition, processes, enhancements and strategies
- Drives transformation: standardization, optimization and automation towards higher efficiency, better service quality, and faster solution provisioning in alignment with the IC Vertical Operating Model
- Ensures the collection and provision of service delivery data and insights to support further service delivery optimization, to enhance effectiveness of daily service delivery operations, and to provide insight for Biopharma Ops
- Supports the usage of Biopharma Ops service delivery tools and platforms
- Improves quality, consistency (One Pfizer), and compliance across BUs and the AAI Region
- Ensures all service delivery meets agreed in place quality plans in collaboration with the GOSC, Biopharma Quality and PX Global Compensation to meet compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Defines priorities to drive efficient and effective client engagement within the Anchor/Agile markets in the AAI Region:
- Participates in global projects across the Incentive Compensation vertical
- Possesses a deep understanding of AAI business landscapes and BU strategies to determine key priorities and their impact on Incentive Compensation activities
- Proactively engages with Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs) and BU leads to understand and 1) ensure alignment of Biopharma Ops’ client strategies in the AAI and 2) determine optimal capacity allocation and investment that enables efficient and high-quality HCP engagement
- Will align, contribute to, and implement the new Incentive Compensation Design capabilities that are part of the IC Vertical operating model, roadmap and strategy
- Influences decision making driving Simplification, Optimization and Standardization on the IC plans
- Lead strategic global project to drive IC vertical value, effectiveness and efficiency
