Genpact is hiring for the role of Senior Manager HRO - HMS!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Validate the data included in job requisitions and job descriptions as agreed in SOP.
  • Post the job requisition to defined job sites as agreed in SOP.
  • Provide support to schedule interviews and manage logistics.
  • Create offer letters as per standardized templates.
  • Request paperwork from candidates as per onboarding requirements.
  • Create a New-hire record in the system.
  • Update employee personal data changes that are not processed through self-service (e.g. address/contact change, status change, ID change, etc.).
  • Update employee job data, and organization data changes (cost center, department, supervisor change, title/job level changes, etc.).
  • Process separation and transfers in the system.
  • Process employee data changes impacting pay data on payroll systems (e.g. address change, job title/job level changes, cost center, compensation changes).
  • Share information with required third-party vendors (such as benefits vendors).
  • Respond to employee queries and escalate to other teams as required (e.g. benefits provider for any benefits query, grievances case to be escalated to retained teams).
  • Create standard and ad hoc reports such as Employee HC, employee turnover, etc.
  • Assist team members in queries and process clarification.            
  • Connect with Customers to bridge process gaps.            
  • Identify areas of improvement and contribute towards adding value to customers.

Requirements of the candidate:

  • Experience in Hire to retire processes 
  • Experience in blueprinting and designing HR processes and setting up HR-shared services 
  • Must have worked extensively in driving large-scale HR transformation including functional expertise in Workday implementation 
  • The ideal candidate must have prior exposure to Workday implementation, Global Payroll implementation, and Ben administration implementation and experience of working and coordinating with 3rd parties in bringing all these pieces together.
  • Should be a thought leader in the hire-to-retire space and able to share industry best practices. 
  • Exposure to the Transition of a new HRO process is important
  • Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
  • Should have E2E HRO knowledge     
  • HR skillset and experience – Advanced Knowledge of Oracle HCM
  • Should have managed a team of 40-50 people in HRO
  • Responsible for meeting the process SLA’s, knowledge management
  • Working experience in SOX controls; Responsible for both internal and external audits
