Senior Manager - Category Management Job in Gurgaon at MakeMyTrip (MMT)

MakeMyTrip is hiring for the role of Category Management - Alt Acco.!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage metrics/numbers daily – GMV / Room Nights / GRASP 
• Track performance against targets. 
• Take necessary actions and perform root cause analysis if the numbers are not meeting targets. 
• Generate ideas to grow the business. 
• Lay out the project plan, and execute it end-to-end in collaboration with other teams like Product/Tech/Supply/Marketing, etc. 
• Track impact using data monitoring. 
• Work closely with Product, Tech, Supply, Marketing, and Finance teams to execute projects. 
• Collaborate and work under stringent timelines. 
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Analyze data and derive meaningful trends. 
• Convert insights into neatly designed business experiments. 
• Conduct data modeling to build multiple business scenarios. 

Requirements:

• MBA from a reputed institute with 2-4 years of experience in business/ revenue/ category role for a consumer-facing, technology-enabled business/product in the e-commerce industry. 
• A mindset that will constantly consider return on investment, business, and revenue. 
• Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems. 
• Strong communication skills, influencing skills, and great interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
• High energy, team player coupled with a great attitude.
