Procter & Gamble is hiring for the role of Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights (Ecommerce)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Examine P&G's monthly business operations, and employ a combination of internal data (e.g., sales data) and external data (e.g., market share and household consumption) to derive valuable insights.
• Conduct in-depth explorations of various product categories or distribution channels (such as Baby Care, Shave Care, Skin Care, Hyper Super, Drug Pharma, and e-Commerce) to identify potential growth prospects and key factors that can accelerate business growth.
• Use analytics to make Media/Trade more effective and save money on Media/Trade.
• Use new technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), automation, external data, etc., to come up with new ways to solve business problems.
• Exhibit leadership and apply analytical techniques to ensure that actionable insights are delivered from data.
• Drive business growth and new ideas, being a leader with a vision.
• Show, translate, and talk about complex data or algorithms in a way that leads to simple conclusions and useful business insights.
• Show good teamwork skills and the ability to work in a variety of groups and teams.

Requirements:

• Have a master's degree in business administration from a top school.
• Become better at analyzing data from many different sources.
• Innovation, initiative, follow-through, strong communication, the ability to set priorities
• Excellent command over written and verbal communication.
• Ability to give and have an impact across levels and functions.
