Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Analyze data to derive insights into P&G's business processes, leveraging both internal and external data sources.
• Lead deep dives to identify growth opportunities and business drivers.
• Employ data science approaches to address business challenges through external data, IoT, and automation.
• Utilize analytical methods to extract actionable insights from data.
• Communicate and interpret complex data and algorithms.
• Collaborate effectively within diverse teams and organizations.

Requirements:

• MBA with expertise in statistical models, behavioral science, and consumer marketing.
• Proficiency in data science, statistics, attributive and predictive modeling, machine learning, big data mining, and AI.
• Fluency in statistical packages like SAS, and SPSS.
• Expertise in programming, database, and analytical languages: Knime, Python, R, and SQL.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Spotfire, and Tableau.
• Strong creativity, initiative, follow-through, written and spoken communication skills, and prioritization abilities.
