Senior Manager - Accounts Payable Job in Jaipur at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Senior Manager - Accounts Payable!

Responsibilities of the Candidates: 

• Lead Account Payables operations team
• Accountable for Accounts Payable process including document management, invoice processing, trade and non-trade (EDI & Non-EDI), vendor maintenance, database corrections, intercompany non-trade payments, and handling exceptions
• Set up and supervise vendor master file, payments, T&E processing and audits, external regulatory reporting (e.g., 1099, DADS2), helpdesk, statement auditing, escheatment function, VAT, and other special processes
• Work on multiple ERP systems and manual-intensive tasks
• Ensure completion of all activities within agreed time and quality standards, meeting KPIs/SLAs
• Ensure client satisfaction and successful external and internal audits
• Open to work in any shift as per business requirements

Requirements:

• B.Com Graduation (MBA – Finance preferred)
• Relevant experience in the Accounts Payable domain
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
