HCL Technologies is hiring for the role of Senior lead Tester!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Lead and manage a team of test engineers to ensure the quality of software products.
- Develop and implement test plans, strategies, and methodologies.
- Execute and manage test cases, including automation scripts.
- Identify, analyze, and report on defects and bugs.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest testing tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing test teams.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
