Senior Knowledge Analyst - Financial Institutions Job in Mumbai at Boston Consulting Group (BCG)

BCG is hiring for the role of Senior Knowledge Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• With guidance from senior team members, Partners/MDPs with case teams to identify & address critical knowledge for cases and support case teams
• Participates in client calls and workshops and eventually co-leads modules leveraging the proprietary data assets and deploying specific methodologies
• Identify key performance indicators for players in the Financial Institutions ecosystem and analyze data to generate insights
• Support client proposals by conducting customized analyses on relevant information, providing research, and topic input to the proposal team
• Creating reports on new trends, new topics, regulations, etc. highlighting the overall impact on Financial Services:

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of consulting experience in relevant Financial Institutions area; candidates with consulting experience preferred
• Instead of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required
• CA/MBA Degree preferred (preferably in Finance/Banking/Digital)
• Strong analytical skills & research capability along with strong financial acumen
• Ability to multi-task & operate effectively in a matrix organization in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; Effective written & verbal communication
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
