Responsibilities :

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and key account manager, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the management of multiple accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery and client engagement.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve account goals and maintain a motivated workforce.
  • Set performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to the team.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to drive new business within existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  • Analyze account performance and market trends to proactively address challenges and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations that align with client goals.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure smooth execution of projects and services, coordinating with internal teams to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 10+ years in account management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong expertise in managing multiple accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience in team management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, services, and market trends.
